The cost of the AI agent consists of two parts:
- the cost of initial integration
- the cost of operation.
Initial integration is a one-time fee for services such as preparing the knowledge base, training the AI, implementing the agent on a website or in a messenger, testing the quality of responses, and integrating with third-party systems.
The cost of operation is a monthly fee for maintaining functionality (expenses for AI, servers, etc.).
Each part is evaluated separately, depending on the complexity of the solution and the number of active users.
